At The Meadows Home for Special Care, we are dedicated to 'Enriching Lives Every Day' From 1973 to Now. Our journey began with Tidal View Manor in 1973, evolving into our modern neighborhood facility in 2011, where we proudly offer 105 beds spread over nine "houses" where our teams are committed to a person centered care approach.

With Our 250+ compassionate staff and volunteers, we provide specialized care, including Physiotherapy and Dietetics, ensuring every resident thrives.
